The ultrasensitive DIA-ARRESUTER selector is an air separation selector that removes foreign particles using differences in flying curves drawn during dropping from a belt.
This selector is for fields in which foreign particles cannot be removed by magnets or metallic detectors and has some of the functions of pneumatic selectors.
Foreign particles are selected by adjusting the magnetic field generator and the separation plate on the belt conveyor, and yield and throughput are determined based on product features.
Machine capacity (belt width) is based on product properties and the types of metallic foreign particles.
* The selector's performance is exceptional in the following cases:
1. Improving yield reduced by metallic detector malfunction.
2. Metallic detector sensitivity cannot be increased.
3. Reducing the number of products, including acceptable products, rejected
@ by a metallic detector to improve yield.
4. Reducing the content of metallic foreign particles when iron particle
@ removal capability is low.
5. Preventing entry of stainless steel products -- wires from metallic sponges,
@ sieve nets, etc. -- and stainless steel wear particles.
6. Removing magnetic stones and mud.
Standard
The standard has quick belt attachment and detachment as a standard.
Optional parts include joints for mating parts and upper scatter prevention covers.

Full view of machine
Appearance similar to standard type.
Full view after disassembly
Structure in which every corner can be checked visually and almost no residue is left.
Washable
This is completely washed in water to prevent the growth of bacteria for food sanitation and can be visually checked for residue. It takes about 5 minutes to disassemble the machine. Since it does not have heavy parts, anyone can handle it.
